continueIf you look at your Insights or Page Posts, you may have noticed three different classifications regarding how people see your content. For total reach there are three categories are Organic, Paid and Viral. For Page Posts, there are only Organic and Viral. These classifications are separated by a number factors including page likes, EdgeRank and ad purchases (as well as Promoted Posts).
continueWhen you have many page followers, it is likely that you will sometimes receive negative feedback for your posts. Sometimes this is not explicit and can only be seen in Facebook Insights. First, we must figure out what is negative feedback.
What is negative feedback?
Any user can give a respective page negative feedback. This can come in the form of a malicious comment from a user, but users also have controls to prevent your content from reaching them. This can be anywhere from unsubscribing from your posts or even reporting your posts as spam. Currently there are four types of negative feedback:
